Cancellation and refund policy
- If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please advise biopol@csidiomas.ua.es of a change of name at least seven days prior to the meeting.
- If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify biopol@csidiomas.ua.es immediately.
- Provided written notice is received by June 30th 2026, a 50% refund will be given.
- It is regretted for registrations cancelled after June 30th 2026, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
